Welcome to the March round-up of all things EAL, bringing you a host of exciting announcements and reminders of our important events.
In a recent edition of EAL Spotlight, we shared the exciting news about the launch of our annual Customer Satisfaction Survey. We invited you to take part in a brief telephone or web survey, and we’re thrilled that so many of you have taken the time to share your experiences with us.
Your honest feedback helps us understand what’s working well and where we can improve, ensuring our services align with what matters most to you.
If you haven’t had a chance to share your feedback yet, no worries! The deadline for the web surveys has been extended to 4th April, so you still have time to submit yours. We’ve been blown away by the volume of responses received so far, and want to make sure everyone gets the opportunity to have their say.
Once we’ve completed our analysis, we’ll share the key insights and the actions we’ll be taking to enhance your experience with EAL. We want you to see how your feedback directly shapes our strategies and improvements.
The Customer Satisfaction Survey isn’t just a formality - it’s your opportunity to influence how we serve you. Thank you for being a vital part of our continuous improvement journey.
