Vocational Celebration Day is coming on 6 August 2026, and organisations, employers, training providers and learners across the UK are being encouraged to get involved. Created by Enginuity and EAL, the new national day aims to celebrate vocational education, champion technical skills and challenge outdated perceptions of vocational pathways.
There are plenty of ways to take part, from sharing success stories and recording short celebratory videos on social media to hosting open days, learner showcases and communal viewings of the live online event hosted by Steph McGovern. By joining the celebration, organisations can recognise learners and staff, inspire future talent and help raise the profile of the vocational skills that power industry and the economy.
