EAL Level 5 Diploma in the Repair, Restoration and Conservation of Clocks or Watches

​This qualification seeks to assess a learner’s skills, knowledge and understanding of clock or watch repair, restoration and conservation. It provides the high level skills for those specialists who work within the industry.

It develops learners by giving them advanced technical skills and knowledge to progress within the industry and can be used to introduce high level repair, restoration and conservation skills or to build on and recognise existing skills.

The assessment of this qualification is by a combination of practical demonstration / assignments and written examinations. It is appropriate for age ranges 16-18 & 19+.
