EAL Level 1 NVQ Certificate in Performing Engineering Operations
The EAL Level 1 Certificate in Performing Engineering Operations is a National Vocational Qualification (NVQ). It is suitable for learners aged 16-18 and 19+ learners in full-time education who are interested in pursuing a career in the engineering and manufacturing sector, including entry into occupations and job roles for engineering practices or technical support.
The qualification may also be suitable for adults interested in engineering and manufacturing and/or considering a career change. Future career options may include mechanical engineer, maintenance engineer, welder and/or fabricator, composites technician, machining technician, and foundry/ metal casting technician.
