Update to EAL Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Installing Electrotechnical Systems and Equipment (Buildings, Structures and the Environment) 501/1605/8

In response to the feedback we've received and in our commitment to making qualification assessments more manageable and cost-effective, we've made an important revision to the EAL Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Installing Electrotechnical Systems and Equipment (Buildings, Structures, and the Environment) 501/1605/8. Specifically, we've made MI cable installation an optional component. 

We've been made aware that some centres have faced challenges in procuring MI cable, and alternatives have replaced the cable in installations.  With this update, we aim to provide you with increased flexibility, allowing you to tailor this practical task to suit your local requirements and unique circumstances better. It's important to note that there are no alterations to other EAL qualifications that currently incorporate MI cable in their assessments. 

This change is designed to enhance your experience and adapt to the evolving landscape of electrotechnical systems and equipment installation.
