Radiant Academy – Learner support & next steps

EAL has withdrawn the approval of Radiant Academy as a training provider. This means the centre is no longer able to deliver EAL qualifications. We understand that this may be a worrying and uncertain situation for learners currently studying with Radiant Academy, and we are committed to supporting those who may be affected. 

If you believe you are registered with Radiant Academy and working towards an EAL qualification, you should first attempt to contact the centre directly via their website. You should also complete our Support for Learners Impacted by Training Provider Withdrawal form by 8 May 2026. This will allow us to confirm whether you are registered with EAL, understand your current progress, and contact you directly with further information and support. 

Once we have received your details, we will review your registration and, where applicable, provide a record of your progress and guidance on your available options. If you are not registered with EAL, we will signpost you to the relevant awarding organisation where possible. In the meantime, we strongly recommend that you download or save copies of any coursework, assessments, or e-portfolio evidence, as this may be important for your future progression.
