FreIvan Support Services Ltd - learner support and next steps

EAL has withdrawn the approval of FreIvan Support Services Ltd as a training provider. This means the centre is no longer able to deliver EAL qualifications. We understand that this may be a worrying and uncertain situation for learners currently studying with this centre, and we are committed to supporting those who may be affected.

If you believe you are registered with FreIvan Support Services Ltd and working towards an EAL qualification, you should first attempt to contact the centre directly via their website. Alternatively, you can contact EAL Customer Experience team [email protected] with any questions.  

In the meantime, we strongly recommend that you download or save copies of any coursework, assessments, or e-portfolio evidence, as this may be important for your future progression.
