At EAL we believe in continuous improvement to drive our products and services forward. Our focus is always to make the customer experience as effortless and efficient as possible. Your feedback is instrumental in shaping the future, which is why we need your help. We want you to tell us about your experiences which will help guide us to better serve you going forward.
From 23 March 2026, we’ll be launching our annual Customer Satisfaction Survey, and will be inviting you and your colleagues to complete a short telephone or web survey.
We have partnered with TLF Research, an independent research agency specialising in customer satisfaction, who will be conducting the interviews. The interview process will align with Market Research Society (MRS) Best Practice Guidelines, and you will be able to choose whether to remain anonymous or have your comments attributed. We respect your privacy and want you to feel comfortable sharing your thoughts with us.
It’s important that we listen to our customers and understand where we can make improvements in areas that are most important to you. It’s also important that you know you’ve been heard. We will share the results of the survey and will outline the key actions we plan to take based on the insights gained from this research.
