The EAL Level 3 NVQ Certificate in Rail Engineering Traction and Rolling Stock is a National Vocational Qualification (NVQ). It is suitable for learners aged 16-18 and 19+ who are interested in pursuing a career in rail engineering traction and rolling stock, proving their competence in traction and rolling stock or for adults interested in rail engineering and/or considering a career change.
The learner will complete five mandatory units including, prepare to undertake duties, contribute to the security of the work environment and identify and assess defects and discrepancies in traction and rolling stock assets. They will then be able to choose from a selection of optional units to suit their work environment and chosen career.
As an approved centre, you can deliver recognised EAL qualifications to your learners, and receive ongoing support from our team.
