EAL Level 3 Diploma in Maritime Defence (Development Knowledge)

The EAL Level 3 Diploma in Maritime Defence (Development Knowledge) is a Vocational Related Qualification (VRQ) and aimed at apprentices in the maritime defence sector. It is suitable for learners 16-18 and 19+ who may be apprentices, new entrants into the industry or adults who may need to update or convert their existing knowledge. It will give learners the knowledge and understanding of a range of maritime defence engineering techniques. 

The qualification covers the intermediate knowledge and understanding that are required by someone working in the maritime engineering sector in roles such as Maritime Electrical Fitter, Maritime Mechanical Fitter, Maritime Fabricator and Maritime Pipeworker.
