What are T Levels? 

Technical Levels or T Levels are a new type of technical qualification introduced in England in September 2020, aimed at 16 to 19-year-olds who have finished their GCSEs. T Levels are designed to provide students with the skills, knowledge and experience they need to pursue a career in a specific industry. They offer a mix of classroom learning and on-the-job training and include a substantial work placement. 

What experience do you need? 

It depends. Each role on the C&G website has a person specification that will share more information about what we are looking for in each role. Some also include a Task Profile to give potential applicants a better understanding of the kind of work the role involves. 

What is the time commitment? 

Again, it will depend on the role specifically. Many of the marking roles allow the holder to set the number of hours they can work, so can done flexibly alongside other work.
