Colleges and training providers in England are facing a shortage of skilled tutors in engineering and manufacturing. New data from Gatsby based on interviews with FE professionals suggests a shortage of teachers in fields such as construction and engineering.
T Levels delivery is under pressure, as it emerged that between 8,400 and 12,400 FE teachers are needed by 2028/29 to deliver them.
