In our last edition of Spotlight, we shared with you the exciting news about the launch of our annual Customer Satisfaction Survey.
We invited you to participate in a brief telephone or web survey and are thrilled to see so many of you taking the time to share your valuable experiences with us.
Your candid feedback allows us to understand what is working well and where we can enhance our offerings against what matters most to you. Your responses provide the insights we need to align our services with your needs and expectations.
For those who haven't yet had the chance to share feedback, worry not! The web surveys will be going out shortly and will be available to complete and submit until 22nd March.
Once all surveys are completed and the analysis is concluded, we are committed to sharing the insights with you and the steps we plan to take to enhance your experience with EAL - we want you to know how your feedback is shaping our strategies and improvements. The Customer Satisfaction Survey is not just a formality – it's a direct channel for you to influence how we serve you better.
