Become an associate
We have a variety of associate opportunities available, including roles as External Assessors, Technical Moderators and End-Point Assessors.
We provide a full training programme for all associates including a comprehensive induction and regular emails, webinars and briefings to keep you up-to-date with the latest requirements and quality assurance procedures.

Health and wellbeing
We provide a comprehensive programme to support your mental and physical health and wellbeing, including mental health first aiders, a 24/7 Colleague Assistance Programme with counselling, a health care cash plan enabling you to claim back everyday health costs, and a wellbeing portal and app offering videos, podcasts, health checks, and information.
We offer occupational health support, mental wellbeing e-learning, menopause training and toolkits, dedicated support and training for line managers, virtual mindfulness and pilates sessions, and financial wellbeing webinars.

Your development
We will support you to develop and grow in your role, as well as for future opportunities. Everyone joining us gets a comprehensive induction programme to help them learn about their role, team and the organisation; alongside training through our e-learning platform.
We encourage everyone to take ownership of their own personal development, and we know this is different for everyone. Your manager will regularly discuss what development means to you, and how we might be able to support you to achieve these goals. If you start with us in a management role, you’ll attend our Management Essentials training programme, setting you up for successful and effective team leadership.
