Customer Service Advisor - Closing date - Friday 23rd August

Semta is embarking on an exciting whole organisation transformation - could you be a key part of our future? Reporting to the Customer Experience Team Leader, this role is responsible for delivering, resolving, monitoring and administering customer enquiries to ensure a first class customer experience. 

As a Customer Service Advisor you will build strong relationships with both internal and external customers, utilising customer feedback and intelligence in order to develop and deliver an outstanding customer experience across the Semta Group.

Software Developer 

Semta is embarking on an exciting whole organisation transformation - could you be a key part of our future? We're looking for a motivated, experienced and passionate software developer to join our newly established IT & Digital Team. Working closely with a supporting cast of other team members, you'll be able to make a significant contribution to the development of several new products.

We are looking for someone who has a strong ability in one or more areas of software development, especially in front-end, or API development. You will have a broad appreciation, working knowledge, or experience with other areas of the technical stack. The department is in an early stage where we're still forming the exact languages, technologies and tools, so it's a fantastic time to join us and help to influence those decisions.

Your primary focus will be around building new products which aim to support the organisation's core goals. This is an exciting opportunity for a developer to come and help shape the future landscape and technical roadmap, whilst working with some cutting-edge technologies.

You will work as part of a small, agile and dynamic team and we make use of industry-leading technologies & techniques, including containerisation, cloud-native, DevOps, and true agile software development. This helps us to move faster and deliver better value to our customers quickly.
