Our Exams System Is Available

We have now completed our upgrade of your Exams System and you can now run exams as normal. 
You will need to have installed the latest version of Secure Client to deliver your exams successfully. See below to be directed to our download guide. 
To support you our Exams Team will providing an exam scheduling service for all exams due to be delivered Wednesday 3rd, Thursday 4th and Friday 5th March 2021.

Urgent Action Required:

We have taken the decision to book all exams on your behalf, the Centre to facilitate a better experience for you and the learners as you get to grips with the changes.

This applies to all exams being delivered on Wednesday 3rd, Thursday 4th and Friday 5th March 2021 only.

If you have already contacted us then that’s great. One of our exams team will reach out to you today to check we have all the details we need to schedule the exams on your behalf.

If you haven’t contacted us before, please email the exams team with following information for the 3rd/4th/5th March by return.

You will need to tell us:

  • The Date of the Exam
  • The EAL Exam Unit Code i.e  QELTK3007
  • Identity of the Candidate; Candidate Number. It is an 8 digit number beginning in 7
  • The Candidate name; so we can validate their record

If you like to plan day by day, we would welcome your plans for tomorrow, Wednesday 3rd March 2021. We need this information urgently so please don’t delay in responding if you have exams which need to take place on 3rd, 4th and 5th March.

Maintenance Update Timetable

Further updates regarding the transition to the upgraded (R12) Secure Client version will be communicated to our Exam Centres via email throughout the maintenance period, the below table acts as a snapshot of these communications.
