If you have existing apprentices already registered in PREPARED with EPAs scheduled for 25th November 2023 or after, please book an ACE360 training session as soon as possible. Once you've done your training, contact our EPA Operations team and we will ensure your existing information is safely and securely transferred into ACE360.

Q. Why is EAL switching from PREPARED to ACE360?
A. EAL strives to provide service excellence and support to our customers by placing them at the heart of everything we do. Having listened to feedback from our Customer Satisfaction Survey, we carried out a comprehensive review of EPA systems. The move to ACE360 offers improved support materials and documentation, a more intuitive and user-friendly dashboard, and a clearer view of outcomes and results - all at no additional cost to our customers.
Q. When will the last EPA be delivered via our existing PREPARED system?
A. The last EPA will be delivered via our existing PREPARED system on 24th November 2023.
Q. What should I do if I have apprentices already registered in PREPARED with EPAs scheduled between now and 24th November 2023?
A. If you have existing apprentices already registered in PREPARED with EPAs scheduled between now and 24th November 2023, you can continue to use PREPARED to view results.

A. Please book an ACE360 training session as soon as possible. If you have apprentices already registered in PREPARED with EPAs scheduled for 25th November 2023 or after, contact our EPA Operations team once you've done your training. We will ensure your existing information is safely and securely transferred into ACE360.
Q. What should I do if someone else did the ACE360 training but I now need to register our learners?
A. Please book an ACE360 training session as soon as possible.
Q. When can I start registering learners in ACE360?
A. You can start registering learners in ACE360 now, as long as their EPAs are due no earlier than 25th November 2023.
Q. When will I start receiving notifications and confirmations from ACE360?
A. You will start receiving notifications and confirmations from ACE360 as soon as your account is set up and linked to EAL.
Q. Will the document requirements for Gateway be dealt with differently?
A. No, you will still just need to upload your documents for each learner as before. If you have a large amount of documentation to upload, please contact ACE360 support.
