Please be aware that we have updated qualification materials as follows:
- the initial verification inspection rig (IV1) for EAL Level 3 Award in the Initial Verification and Certification of Electrical Installations 600/4337/4 will now have a metallic consumer unit
- coding has been updated on the condition reporting practical (CR1) for EAL Level 3 Award in the Periodic Inspection, Testing and Certification of Electrical Installations 600/4338/6.
The updated materials facilitate compliance with BS 7671 for consumer units in domestic premises from 1st January 2016. Interactive for ease of completion, the new materials may be downloaded from EAL Connect.
