ADS (Aerospace, Defence, Security and Space) have announced the results of a gender equality pledge held within the aerospace sector.
50 aerospace/aviation companies in the UK's aerospace and aviation sectors have come together to work towards gender equality in the industry, signing up to the Women in Aviation and Aerospace Charter.
