Skills Development Scotland (SDS) has confirmed that from 15 April 2019, Individual Training Accounts (ITAs) will open to new applicants, with up to 3,700 applications available.
ITAs offer targeted funding which focuses funds on those actively seeking employment and those who are currently in low paid work and looking to progress.
