This one day event is designed to inform or revisit the appraisal process and to explore the issues surrounding it. Throughout the day we will look at how the process can be made more structured and much more useful.
Writing Objectives that Work
This one day event is designed to help attendees to understand why some objectives work and others don't. Throughout the day we will look at how objectives can be restructured to make them much more useful, meaningful and achievable. A shortened version of this event can be delivered as a 1 hour webinar if required.
The Business Mentor
This one day interactive event explores the role of the mentor in business. It is designed to build the attendee's knowledge and skills and enable them to develop a range of mentoring styles to support individual mentee's needs. Throughout the day we will look at how mentoring can benefit the mentor, mentee and the business. A shortened version of this event can be delivered as a 1 hour webinar if required.
