With Christmas fast approaching we’d like to take this opportunity to provide you with the details of our opening hours during the festive period:
• Monday 26th December 2022 to Monday 2nd January 2023 – CLOSED
• Tuesday 3rd January 2023 – office reopens as normal from 08:00

Important Dates For Your Diary:
Exams: Exams will be available during the Christmas period - please ensure they are booked in Surpass by 5pm on Thursday 22nd December. Please be advised, we will not be available to provide any customer support from 5pm on Friday 23rd December until 8am on Tuesday 3rd January 2023.
Certification: The last day for claiming hard copy certificates will be Monday 12th December – these will be despatched on Tuesday 13th December. E-certificates will still be generated up until Friday 23rd December and you will still be able to submit claims throughout the festive break to be processed on our return on Tuesday 3rd January 2023.
EPA: The final date you can submit all EPA Gateway information to be processed before Christmas is Monday 19th December, as a Gateway endorsement takes 48 hours. Any learners who are not yet registered, or through Gateway by this date will be processed on our return on Tuesday 3rd January 2023.
