The e-certificate service means that you can download certificates for your learners and upload them directly to the ACE portal.

Benefits of EAL's e-certificates
- accepted by ACE – EAL is the first awarding organisation to offer e-certificates that can be uploaded directly on the ACE system and accepted as evidence by them
- save time – no more scanning in certificates as you can download them directly to your computer and then upload them directly to ACE from there
- same day e-certificates – you will be able to download e-certificates on the day it is claimed (certificates will need to be claimed by 3 pm)
- no change to your hard copy delivery – you will continue to receive hardcopy certificates
