A reminder to all centres carrying out SLC assessments:
Please could you ensure that all your SLC assessors have watched the EAL SLC Training DVD and completed the standardisation task before carrying out any SLC assessments with candidates.
This is important to ensure that all assessors understand how to carry out the assessment tasks correctly and to ensure standardisation across all EAL centres. The mark sheets completed by your assessors during the standardisation task should be kept at your centre and made available to your EQA or the EAL Exams team upon request.
