In response to customer feedback, regulatory requirements and our commitment to continuous improvement, we have been reviewing our conflict of interest policy.

We are pleased to announce that our updated 'Conflict of Interest Policy' is now available in the Document Library here, it can also be accessed in Smarter Touch under the documents section.

Centre are kindly reminded that under their Centre Recognition agreement that they must have in place a 'Centre Conflict of Interest' policy, and that they must promptly notify EAL of any potential or actual conflict of interest with either their allocated External Quality Assurer or with our Customer Experience Team.

In addition, centres must record any potential or actual conflict interests on the SmarterTouch system under the tab - centre notes>staff.
