Our new Engineering Talent platform will provide an innovative and unique way to recruit learners and deliver training online. Designed as an interactive digital learning environment, centre and employers will be able to engage and enrich their learners with resources relevant to their apprenticeship. The platform will also measure and support the 20% off-the-job training requirement for the apprenticeship standards.
With easy access to training online at anytime and anywhere allowing for better progression and engagement beyond the classroom, we're really excited to be launching this platform and will be sharing more details soon.
