Our new Engineering Talent platform will provide an innovative and unique way to recruit learners and deliver training online. Designed as an interactive digital learning environment, centre and employers will be able to engage and enrich their learners with resources relevant to their apprenticeship. The platform will also measure and support the 20% off-the-job training requirement for the apprenticeship standards.
In response to customer feedback during our popular workshops last November, we’ve produced further EPA support in the form of two short guidance films.
Created in partnership with the Institution of Mechanical Engineers (IMechE), the films outline our EPA offer and the process from an employer’s and apprentice’s perspective for the Mechatronics Level 3 apprenticeship standard.

In light of positive customer feedback, we can now confirm that we will be fully transitioning from paper-based invoicing to electronic invoicing on 1st June 2017.

This gives details of how EAL will manage and monitor identified conflicts of interest and actions that should be taken by individuals who encounter such conflicts. It also highlights and illustrates potential situations where conflicts of interest may arise and the principles that EAL will adopt in their management.
