If you provide training services to the automotive sector, including vehicle producers, suppliers, sales and aftermarket services, you could become a vital stakeholder in a major new European skills project.
Our new Engineering Talent platform will provide an innovative and unique way to recruit learners and deliver training online. Designed as an interactive digital learning environment, centre and employers will be able to engage and enrich their learners with resources relevant to their apprenticeship. The platform will also measure and support the 20% off-the-job training requirement for the apprenticeship standards.
In response to customer feedback during our popular workshops last November, we’ve produced further EPA support in the form of two short guidance films.
Created in partnership with the Institution of Mechanical Engineers (IMechE), the films outline our EPA offer and the process from an employer’s and apprentice’s perspective for the Mechatronics Level 3 apprenticeship standard.
We’ve developed some new guidance to help centre staff who mark EAL controlled internal assessments.
This brings our assessment guidance for controlled internal assessments together in one concise, easy reference guide, and reinforces the information included in our qualification manuals and learner guidance.
