Reasonable Adjustments / Special Consideration Form
The application for Reasonable Adjustments/Special Considerations has been reviewed and updated and is now available for completion via our Smarter Touch system.
You can now indicate which of the requirements are needed to enable the learner to have the best possible support when undertaking EAL examinations, by ticking the relevant box.
You should still attach evidence in support of your request in the usual way.
EAL will respond to your request within 30 days, in line with the EAL Reasonable Adjustments and Special Consideration Policy - April 2019, to inform of the outcome which could be Granted, Not Granted or Re-submit (usually due to evidence not being attached to support the request). The policy is available to download on Smarter Touch.
If you have not had a reply for approval, you should under no circumstances assume the application has been granted and should not apply the adjustments.
