Improvements to the Password Reset process for Online Services
At EAL, we are dedicated to providing the best possible customer experience for our centres, which is why we are delighted to inform you that we have improved our Online Services system following your feedback to allow you to take control of resetting your own password.
This enhancement will allow all EAL Centre Coordinators, or any sub-user that has an account, to change or reset a password without having to contact us.
In addition to this, any new sub account that is set up through 'User Maintenance' will automatically send an email to the user to confirm their login credentials, meaning you don't have to.

There will be further enhancements to our Online Services system in due course and, as always, we will let our valued customers know through Spotlight and our website.
