Our Product and Technical Development Team who sit within EAL, the qualification and skills delivery arm of Enginuity Group, are looking for an experienced and customer focussed administrator to fill our Product Coordinator position.

The Product and Technical Development team's primary purpose is to develop, maintain and support a range of products for EAL and the wider Enginuity Group. Our products can include qualifications, E- Learning materials and apprenticeship frameworks – to name a few!

The Product Coordinator is responsible for providing high quality support to this team which includes the setting up and quality control of products using a variety of systems including SAP and our internal system, Smarter Touch. You will ensure these products remain fit for purpose and you will provide statistical data to a range of stakeholders whilst continually reviewing and updating the team's processes and procedures.

Who's right for this role
We are looking for an experienced administrator with excellent IT and data input skills and operational experience of the system SAP.

As an important part of the role will be producing high quality, accurate reports and documents on time, you will need to be proficient in the use of MS office and be self-motivated with excellent time management skills.

You will be someone who has worked in a fast paced administrative and customer focussed role before and who prides themselves on having a strong attention to detail and getting things right first time.

Skills and experience required

Must-have's

  • Operational experience of SAP system
  • Excellent IT literacy and data input skills
  • Able to produce high quality and accurate reports, documents and materials to agreed deadlines with a high level of attention to detail
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management, planning, prioritisation, organisational and administrative skills
  • Proven experience working in a customer-focussed role with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Previous experience working in an administrative support role in a fast -paced environment
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Project

External Quality Assurer – Building Service Electrical Specialist

Our EQA Team who sit within EAL, the qualification and skills delivery arm of Enginuity Group, are looking for an experienced and motivated Quality Assurer who is occupationally competent in Electrical Installation and /or maintenance in the Building Services sector.
 
This key role will manage a suite of centres where you will be responsible for externally quality assuring EAL products and services across the Engineering, Rail and Electrical sectors, ensuring they are being delivered in line with required quality standards, regulatory requirements and EAL centre recognition requirements and policies.

You’ll be hitting the ground running so we’re looking for someone who has previous experience of working on Electrical Installations and / or Maintenance in the Commercial and Industrial Building Service sector as an Electrician as a minimum and has held the position of Internal Quality Assurer.
 
As you will be a key interface between EAL and its customers you will need to build strong relationships by understanding your centres’ business objectives, needs, challenges and key stakeholders and use this knowledge and your excellent customer service skills to continue to support and grow the business to ensure EAL is their Awarding Organisation of choice.
 
You will be someone who can demonstrate your excellent customer skills and have experience of building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You’ll also be comfortable communicating using a wide range of electronic media and be open and adaptable to learning.

Skills and experience required

Must-have’s

  • Occupational competence with demonstrable experience of working on electrical installations and / or maintenance in the Commercial and Industrial Building Service sector as an Electrician as a minimum
  • A recognised apprenticeship related to the Building Service sector in electrical installation and /or maintenance / a Level 3 NVQ/ or degree related to electrical installation and/or maintenance
  • Possession of the appropriate licence to practice qualifications required by the Building Service sector and where appropriate sector specialist qualifications such as:(JIB Card, Apprenticeship, type of work you have been engaged in domestic, commercial, industrial) covering a range of installation types, wiring / cabling , fixtures and fittings and containment types, interpretation of working and schematic drawings
  • Previous experience and sound knowledge of S/NVQs/Employers Units of Competence’s and / or VRQ’s assessment
  • Hold A1 & V1 or D Unit equivalence with CPD evidence in relation to nationally recognised standards set by Lifelong Learning UK (LLUK), such as LLUK units 001-005
  • Willing to travel in the UK and hold a full driving licence

This new role sits within the Governance and Assurance team working across the whole Enginuity Group. It's an exciting time for this newly formed team and an opportunity to drive change and make a real impact. We're looking for someone to take responsibility for promoting a culture of information governance and compliance best practices across the Group. Reporting to the Head of Governance and Assurance, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the Group's Corporate and Information Governance Frameworks as well as working collaboratively to develop and maintain the processes, systems and reporting for business continuity and emergency planning.

Key to this role is providing advice, information and support to all of our colleagues and stakeholders on data compliance and best practice principles, ensuring our information governance policies are relevant and fit for purpose. You'll be our go-to person for General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) information and advice and will ensure we are compliant, and our colleagues understand their responsibilities under the regulations.

You'll be hitting the ground running so we're looking for someone who has previous experience of data privacy and protection. You might have operated as a Data Protection Officer or equivalent so will have strong knowledge and experience of responding to Subject Access Requests, providing Information Governance advice, and developing policies and procedures.

You'll have conducted audits and be experienced in writing reports to share findings and recommend corrective actions. We're ideally looking for someone who has experience in risk, compliance, legal or other control-related functions so you can demonstrate your knowledge and skills in these areas and how you've made a real impact.

You will be someone who can demonstrate your excellent organisational, project and time management skills to manage multiple priorities and you'll possess the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across all levels of the business to build collaborative relationships. With strong attention to detail, you'll use your analytical and problem-solving skills to collect and interpret a wide range of information and suggest solutions. You'll also be confident to challenge a range of key stakeholders in support of achieving the desired outcomes.

Skills and experience required

Must-have’s

  • A degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Professional qualification in information governance (data protection) or having held a role as Data Protection Officer.
  • Experience of data privacy and protection including responding to data / subject access requests.
  • Professional qualification or significant experience in records management.
  • Experience of providing Information Governance advice and guidance.
  • Experience in developing and implementing effective, robust policies and procedures.
  • Sound knowledge of information governance legislation and compliance.

If you have or know about the following its a plus

  • Contracts knowledge (understanding of commercial contracts and the drafting and application of)
  • Proven experience of advising / working with staff / depts across a business operating in a regulated sector.
  • Experience of legal and commercial contract reviews
  • Highly skilled MS Office Practitioner (demonstrating high level of knowledge in Excel).
  • Experience of advising and working with colleagues across a business that operates within a regulated sector.
