Apprenticeship standards and end point assessment developments

Apprenticeship standards are replacing SASE apprenticeship frameworks, as part of wider apprenticeship reform across England. 

New apprenticeship standards, developed by groups of employers (known as trailblazers), are being launched and replacing the old frameworks, which are all expected to be switched off by 2020.

EAL Qualifications Awarded UCAS Points

A number of EAL Level 3 technical engineering and building services qualifications have been awarded UCAS points. Other qualifications on the Tariff include A-Levels, Scottish Highers, Scottish Advanced Highers, the Welsh Baccalaureate and other knowledge qualifications.
