Login to Smarter Touch to:

• manage your Centre profile
• apply to deliver additional EAL qualifications
• lodge appeals or make special requests
• make enquiries or give feedback to EAL
• repond to actions following a Centre engagement by your External Verifier.

Login to Online Services to:

• register learners for EAL qualifications
• request learner certificates
• download qualification support materials (publications)
• schedule and run onscreen exams.
